1. General rules
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Seller shall be understood to mean Multilukss SIA , Reg. No 40003389175 address: Kr. Barona iela 37, Riga;
the Buyer shall be understood as a natural person who purchases goods and/or services from the multilukss.lv online shop.
If the Buyer purchases products offered by multilukss.lv via the Internet, such mutual agreement shall be considered a Distance Contract and shall be subject to the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing Distance Contracts, including but not limited to the Law of the Republic of Latvia “Consumer Rights Protection Law”, the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on Distance Contract”.
If the customer who has ordered and purchased the product multilukss.lv does not have legal capacity, the legal representative (e.g. parent, guardian) of this person is responsible for the order and payment of the product. In the above case, the order cannot be cancelled and the purchase price cannot be refunded.
The distance contract for the purchase of the Goods shall be deemed to have been concluded upon payment for the Goods.
By taking any action on multilukss.lv, the Customer confirms that he/she has read these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, understands them and agrees to abide by them without limitation or qualification and to act in good faith and in accordance with the law at all times.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use without prior notice.
2. Protection of Personal Data
The Seller shall protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, in particular their privacy, with regard to the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 (27 April 2016) of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The detailed purposes of the processing of personal data of Customers and other issues related to the collection and processing of personal data are described in these Terms of Use and in the Privacy Policy available on multilukss.lv .
3. User registration
Both registered and non-registered Customers may use multilukss.lv and make purchases.
Registered Buyer
Registration with multilukss.lv and the creation of a Buyer profile is voluntary and not obligatory. Certain services (e.g.: viewing the history of previous purchases, etc.) as well as convenience in using multilukss.lv and purchasing Goods (e.g.: not having to enter all data related to delivery and payment of Goods each time you shop) may be available only to registered Buyers who have created a Buyer Profile.
When registering a Buyer’s profile, hereinafter referred to as “Profile”, the Buyer is requested to provide personal data (including name, surname, e-mail address, etc.), if the Buyer does not wish to provide such data, the creation of a Profile is not possible.
The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form, as well as for the accuracy of the data provided when making a purchase. The Buyer is solely responsible for the security of his registration data. The Buyer undertakes to store and not to pass on his registration data to third parties. If the Buyer has provided inaccurate or incorrect data in the Profile or when making a purchase, as well as in cases where the registration data are used by a third party, the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences arising therefrom and shall be entitled to claim compensation from the Buyer for direct damages. The Buyer has the right to delete or update data in his/her Profile at any time or to request the correction, deletion or update of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By creating a Profile, the Buyer acknowledges that he/she is aware that the data entered are processed for the purposes of creating and maintaining the Profile, including to create and store a wish list and purchase history, to send information related to the execution of the Distance Contract, such as information on order execution, order updates. Data related to the creation and maintenance of the Profile and the conclusion and execution of the Distance Contract is processed only by the Seller and its business partners (including purchase suppliers, payment platforms, IT service providers). The minimum necessary amount of personal data is transferred to the cooperation partners.
Unregistered Buyer
Purchases of Goods and use of some of the other services and services offered on multilukss.lv may also be made by Buyers who choose not to create a Profile.
Whether or not a Profile is created, in order to conclude a Distance Contract, the Seller needs to receive and process the personal data necessary for the purchase. If the Buyer does not wish to provide his/her personal data, the Distance Contract cannot be concluded and the purchase of the Goods will not be possible.
For non-registered users, information relating to the purchase, dispatch and payment of the Goods, as well as other information relating to the conclusion and performance of the Distance Contract, shall be requested in the form of the Purchase Form. As in the case of a Profile, all communications with an unregistered Buyer shall be retained as evidence that the Distance Contract has been concluded and performed.
Like Profile Buyers, unregistered Buyers are fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. If the Buyer has provided inaccurate or incorrect data when making the purchase, or if the data is used by a third party, the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences arising therefrom and shall be entitled to claim compensation from the Buyer for direct damages.Entire Multi-text. lv information and content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, button icons, images, sound recordings, data compilations and software, their compilation and arrangement (collectively, the “Content”), is the property of the Seller or its business partners and is protected by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and other international laws relating to the protection of intellectual property, including laws governing the use of copyrights and trademarks. No use of our trademarks in any manner, for any purpose, is permitted without express written permission.
5. GoodsThe Goods available on Multilukss.lv are for your personal use only. The Buyer may not sell the Goods or samples received from the Seller.
The Seller shall take care that the descriptions, pictures and other information available on the Goods are as complete and accurate as possible. However, the Seller cannot guarantee that the descriptions and other information available are absolutely accurate and up to date. The Seller cannot guarantee that changes to information relating to the Goods (description, colours, code, etc.) will be fully updated and kept up to date immediately.
The Goods sold on Multilukss.lv are not food products and are not intended for human consumption.6. Prices of the GoodsAll prices of the Goods are subject to VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. Depending on the delivery address, your order may be subject to additional shipping charges, which will be clearly stated before payment is confirmed and included in the total order price.
The final price of the goods, including taxes and duties and delivery or postage costs, will be indicated before the conclusion of the Distance Contract.The Seller reserves the right to change the price of the Goods or to set a special price for the Goods. The Goods shall be sold to the Buyer at the prices prevailing at the time the order is placed.
If the Buyer’s order is placed at a price different from the price then quoted on multilukss.lv, the Seller will contact the Buyer and offer the Buyer the opportunity to cancel the order. If the Seller is unable to contact the Buyer quickly, the order will be automatically deemed cancelled and the Buyer will receive a refund of all payments made for the relevant order.
7. Delivery

Delivery time may take 1-3 working days depending on the delivery method chosen, in some cases up to 4 working days.
Delivery in Lithuania
The Seller provides free delivery to Venipak parcel machines and Venipak PicUp points in Lithuania if the purchase exceeds 25,- (twenty five) EUR

By DPD courier Deliveries are made on working days, between 9:00 and 18:00. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a pick-up address where he/she will be able to be present and receive the order during the working day.
The delivery address must be as detailed as possible. Any additional information required, such as the door code, must be provided to enable the courier to make the delivery at the promised time. If the address is incorrect or inaccurate, the delivery time may be extended.
Delivery in Estonia
The Seller provides free delivery to Omniva and DPD kiosks in Estonia if the purchase exceeds EUR 35,- (thirty-five)

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the telephone number is correct.
The courier has the right to ask for proof of identity (passport, ID card or driving licence) at the time of delivery in order to verify the identity of the recipient and to record the last 5 digits of the document number.
8. Right of withdrawal.Exchange and return of goodsThe Buyer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers’ Regulation No 255 “Distance Contract Regulations”.The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract (purchase of Goods multilukss.lv) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods. The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if: the Goods are delivered which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are perishable or expendable; or the Buyer has opened the packaging of the Goods which, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned; and/or the Seller has detected damage to the Goods; or the Goods have lost the “appearance of goods” (labels have been removed and/or damaged, protective films torn, etc.); and/or signs of use have been detected in the Goods.
The right of withdrawal gives the Buyer the opportunity to use the Goods to the extent necessary to inspect the Goods to the extent that this can be done in a normal shop. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the Goods do not deteriorate in value, quality or safety. Otherwise the Seller shall be entitled to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal in respect of the Goods delivered.
Goods may be returned with a completed Cancellation Form in one of two ways:1. to be submitted in person at the Multilukss store Brīvības gatve 409, Riga
2. by post or courier to Multilukss shop, Brīvības gatve 409, Riga , LV1024.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the Goods to the Seller.The refund of the price paid for the Goods, in cases where the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, shall be made to the bank account indicated by the Buyer within 14 days.If the Buyer has received a defective product, it is advisable to notify the Seller immediately by e-mail to veikals@multilukss.lv or by telephone to tel. 20705555.
9. Dispute resolution procedureThe Buyer and the Seller shall endeavour to resolve any dispute relating to or arising in any way out of the performance, interpretation or termination of this Distance Contract by mutual negotiation.If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, the Buyer shall have the right to apply to the competent public authorities for the protection of its rights.
10. Force majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in performance or non-performance or other failure to perform due to circumstances and obstacles beyond the Seller’s reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, government orders, acts of war or national emergency, threats or acts of terrorism, environmental or climatic anomalies, failure of third parties to perform, interference with internet connectivity.
