Ways of use: for aromatizing the air, in massages together with base oils, adding to bath water.
Usage:
• In bathing procedures: add 4-7 drops of essential oil in a bath with 37-40 °C water. Duration of the procedure: 15-30 min.
• In massage procedures: mix 10 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of massage oil.
• Add 3-6 drops of essential oil to the water of the aroma lamp (per 15 m2 of room air).
Store at a temperature between +5 and +25 °C. Use within 12 months after opening. at a time.
Validity period: 36 months.
