Baths with sea salt improve health, reduce muscle tension and hypertonia, and contain micro- and macroelements necessary for health. Iodine positively affects the functioning of the endocrine and nervous systems. Potassium, sodium, and magnesium help regulate cell nutrition and cleansing, form cell membranes, and transmit nerve impulses.
How to use: dissolve 100-150 g (4-5 tbsp) of salt in a bath with warm water (+37 °C). For a more pronounced effect, it is recommended to add up to 250 g of salt to one bath. Take the bath for 15-20 minutes. After the salt bath, it is recommended to shower without soap and rest for 30 minutes.
Precautions: do not use in food. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them with water. Increased individual skin sensitivity to certain ingredients is possible.
Storage conditions: store in a dry place at a temperature < 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children. Shelf life: 30 months.
