Thanks to white oak essential oil and extract, as well as natural sea salt, bathing helps fight insomnia – it reduces physical and emotional stress, balances the emotional state.

• Baltigle essential oil has a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract, ideal for use in aromatherapy.
• Sea salt contains a high concentration of micro and macro elements necessary for maintaining a healthy skin condition:
• Potassium and sodium – regulate the level of moisture in skin cells;
• Calcium – increases flexibility and strength;
• Magnesium – slows down aging processes;
• Iron – restores skin tone;
• Sulfate ions – improve skin color.

Use: dissolve 100 g of salt in warm water. To achieve a pronounced balneological effect, dissolve up to 500 g of salt in one bath. Bathe for 15-20 minutes every day or every other day in water with a temperature of 35-39 °C, then rinse the skin with clean water. 10-15 procedures are recommended.

Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water. Do not use in food. Increased individual sensitivity to individual components is possible.
