Instructions for use:
Use: for problematic skin; against hair loss and dandruff; to reduce sweating. Effective for insomnia and stress. Has toning properties.
How to use: For aromatherapy and enriching cosmetic products. The essential oil should be used diluted with any base such as sea or table salt, carrier oil, water, liquid soap, gel, etc.
Dosage:
- Aroma lamps: 1-2 drops
- Baths: 1-2 drops
- Massage: 2-3 drops per 10 g of base oil
- Enriching cosmetic products: 3-5 drops per 10 ml of base
- Aroma pendants: 1-2 drops
Safety guidelines for using essential oils:
- Do not use in children under 6 years old.
- Do not ingest essential oil.
- Do not apply undiluted essential oil to mucous membranes.
- If essential oil gets into the eyes, rinse them with warm boiled water.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use only in permissible concentrations.
- After use, close the bottle tightly.
- Store essential oil in a cool, dark place.
It is not recommended for use in cases of increased blood clotting, thrombophlebitis, post-heart attack conditions, during the first months of pregnancy, or in cases of cancer and mastopathy. Individual sensitivity to certain components may occur.
