The aromatic essential oil blend "Anti-stress" has general strengthening properties. The oils combined in this aromatic blend enhance each other's effects.

The scent is bitter, refreshing, and spicy.

Instructions for use:
The aromatic blend contains:
• Pine Essential Oil
Use: During the recovery period, in cases of low energy and weakness; for problematic skin. It has general strengthening, cleansing, restorative, antioxidant, and deodorizing properties.

• Lemon Essential Oil
Use: For fatigue, to activate the body's defenses; for oily, problematic skin, freckles, and pigment spots. For strengthening hair and combating dandruff. It has deodorizing and antioxidant properties.

• Rosemary Essential Oil
Use: For fatigue, insomnia; to improve the condition of oily and problematic skin, for dandruff, and weak hair growth. It has toning properties.

How to use: For aromatherapy and enriching cosmetic products.

Dosage:

• Aroma lamps: 3-5 drops
• Baths: 3-5 drops
• Massage: 4-5 drops per 10 g of base oil
• Enriching cosmetic products: 2-3 drops per 10 ml of base
• Aroma pendants: 2-3 drops

Safety guidelines for using essential oils:

1. Do not use on children under 6 years old.
2. Do not ingest essential oil.
3. Do not apply undiluted essential oil to mucous membranes.
4. If essential oil gets into the eyes, rinse them with warm boiled water.
5. Keep out of reach of children.
6. Use only in permissible concentrations.
7. After use, close the bottle tightly.
8. Store essential oil in a cool, dark place.

It is not recommended for use in cases of increased blood clotting, thrombophlebitis, post-heart attack conditions, during the first months of pregnancy, or in cases of cancer and mastopathy. Individual sensitivity to certain components may occur.

Storage conditions: from +5°C to +25°C.

Shelf life: 18 months from the date of manufacture.
