DOMASHNIJ DOKTOR Aromatic Composition Anti-stress, 10 ml

The aromatic essential oil blend "Anti-stress" helps to calm, relax, and improve your mood. The oils combined in this aromatic blend enhance each other's effects.

The scent is tart, delicate, with fruity and citrus notes.

Precautions: For external use only. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor. Individual sensitivity to the product may occur. Follow the instructions for use.

Instructions for use:
The aromatic blend contains:
• Bergamot essential oil
Use: for stress, during menopause; to improve the condition of problematic skin and hair. It has relaxing, refreshing, and erotic properties.
• Cypress essential oil
Use: for irritability, frequent mood swings, and emotional balance. To reduce sweating and eliminate unpleasant odors. It has deodorizing and antioxidant properties.
• Mandarin essential oil
Use: for irritability, distraction, frequent mood swings and stress. Effective as a refreshing agent.
How to use: For aromatherapy and enriching cosmetic products.

Dosage:

• Aroma lamps: 3-5 drops
• Baths: 3-4 drops
• Massage: 3-5 drops per 10 g of base oil
• Enriching cosmetic products: 1-3 drops per 10 ml of base
• Aroma pendants: 1-2 drops

Safety guidelines for using essential oils:

1. Do not use on children under 6 years old.
2. Do not ingest essential oil.
3. Do not apply undiluted essential oil to mucous membranes.
4. If essential oil gets into the eyes, rinse them with warm boiled water.
5. Keep out of reach of children.
6. Use only in permissible concentrations.
7. After use, close the bottle tightly.
8. Store essential oil in a cool, dark place.

It is not recommended for use in cases of increased blood clotting, thrombophlebitis, post-heart attack conditions, during the first months of pregnancy, or in cases of cancer and mastopathy.

Individual sensitivity to certain components may occur.

Storage conditions: from +5°C to +25°C.

Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture.
