Sage essential oil helps improve immunity, soothes and relaxes, and enhances mental and physical performance. It reduces excessive sebum production and perspiration.

Contraindications: not recommended for individuals with individual intolerance to the components of the essential oil. It is not recommended to use during pregnancy, in cases of epilepsy, glomerulonephritis, hypertension, or a tendency to seizures. Photosensitivity may occur. Do not apply to the skin 60 minutes before sunbathing.
Usage and dosage:
- Evaporation in an aroma lamp: 3-5 drops per 15 m².
- Aromatic bath: 3-5 drops per bath.
- In saunas: 4-5 drops per 500 ml of water.
- Compress: 3-5 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil.
- Massage: 4-7 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil.
- Bandage: 3-5 drops per 5 ml of base oil.
- Enriching cosmetic products: 2-4 drops per 10 g of base (cream, shampoo, liquid soap, etc.).
Precautions: For external use only!
Compatibility with other oils: sage essential oil blends wonderfully with geranium, jasmine, lavender, lemon, juniper, and tea tree oils.
Storage conditions: Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C, avoiding direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture.
